Onboarding Clients

Successful onboarding is an extremely vital first step when you become a CREIS client. To start, a Welcome Letter is provided to each client which outlines your CREIS team and provides contact information for all team members. You will also learn about the structure of CREIS’ Account Management teams, highlighting the reliable and on-demand support available.

Day-to-day Support

All CREIS clients receive the ongoing support of one or more account management personnel as well as the ongoing support of the various CREIS experts in all facets of insurance needs. The structure of CREIS’ Account Management teams ensure reliable and on-demand support for our clients, as well the assurance that several team members are aware of the ongoing needs of each account.

Pre-renewal Process

Pre-renewal is an important process within the CREIS client lifecycle. A renewal requires many deliverables based on the specific renewing coverage.
